Yarm Town Council operate two Allotment sites which are both located on the Worsall Road in Yarm.

The first site is named as the Brickyard site which is located to the rear of the GP Surgery. The second site is named the Worsall Road site, which is located beyond the Brickyard site, further up the Wosall road.

Collectively these sites provide 99 allotment plots.

Rental rates for individual allotment plots are presently £50 per anum for the year ending 30th September 2026. There are a number of plots available for persons with individual access and working requirements and the sites have various sizes of plots.

If you are interested in becoming an allotment tenant please ask for a copy of the the Allotment rules & regulations document, by emailing the Town Clerk and read this document thoroughly before applying. If you wish to then apply for a plot. The Town Clerk can email an application form to you and it should be returned to them and all applications will be considered. Please do be aware that there is a waiting list for these plots.
